The house was built int he 1920's, and many of the original elements still exist. We want to lean into this, but also adjust for today's safety standards and conveniences.
This land is a part of my heritage, and we want to honor that. We also want to lean into the idea that we are building it for the next generation.
The focus has been on stripping back in order to restore the original home's elements, but upgrade and modernize along the way.
